The mode applies to the invoices of Users who have provided their electronic certificate and whose representation granted on its basis has obtained the confirmation required for the submission of invoicing records, in accordance with the procedure established by the AEAT and the technology provider; until the date on which VERI*FACTU becomes mandatory, other invoices are issued outside this mode and are not transmitted to the AEAT
complies with the requirements of Article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003 (Ley General Tributaria), Real Decreto 1007/2023 and Orden HAC/1177/2024, including: the integrity, immutability, accessibility, legibility, traceability and inalterability of invoicing records; and, where an invoice is issued in VERI*FACTU mode, the generation of a record for that invoice with a cryptographic chain ("huella" / hash), the inclusion of a QR code on the invoice and the transmission of the record to the AEAT.
Date of this declaration: 15.10.2026.
What This Means for Reglapp Users
Until the date on which the use of the VERI*FACTU system becomes mandatory for the User under applicable law, the User freely and knowingly chooses whether to issue invoices in VERI*FACTU mode — with invoicing records submitted to the AEAT and a QR code — or without it.
VERI*FACTU mode applies to an invoice if, at the time it is issued, the User has provided their electronic certificate and the representation granted on its basis has obtained the confirmation required for the submission of invoicing records, in accordance with the procedure established by the AEAT and the technology provider. In all other cases — including while the representation is being processed and after the User deletes the certificate — the invoice is issued in ordinary mode and is not submitted to the AEAT. The mode is determined when the invoice is issued and does not change afterwards. The mode applied is shown in the client area.
From the date VERI*FACTU becomes mandatory, Reglapp will stop issuing invoices outside that mode. Reglapp may stop issuing invoices outside VERI*FACTU mode before that date, giving the User at least 30 days' notice.
Invoicing records are submitted under the User's NIF through the technology provider Verifacti (Bilbabit, S.L.), to which the User grants representation exclusively for that purpose in accordance with §8.6 of the Terms and Conditions.
- Invoices you issue through Reglapp (on any plan) are generated in a format compliant with VERI*FACTU requirements and, when issued in VERI*FACTU mode, include the mandatory QR code.
- When an invoice is issued in VERI*FACTU mode, the invoicing record is transmitted to the AEAT automatically at the moment of issue.
- You remain the issuer of your invoices and are responsible for the accuracy of their content; Reglapp ensures the technical compliance of the format and, where the invoice is issued in VERI*FACTU mode, the transmission of the records.
- The mandate for the generation and transmission of invoicing records, given for invoices issued in VERI*FACTU mode, is set out in the Terms of Use (/terms, §9).
