Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your contract with Reglapp without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion (Art. 102 et seq. TRLGDCU — Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).
Important: if, when placing your order, you gave your express consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once performance had begun (Art. 103.m TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal ceases to apply from the moment performance begins. If the performance of a service commenced at your express request has been only partially completed by the time of withdrawal, you shall pay a proportionate part of the service provided (Art. 108.3 TRLGDCU); the remainder is refunded.
How to Withdraw from the Contract
Send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal by any of the following means:
- by email: hello@reglapp.com;
- via your personal account (the "Subscription" section);
- using the form below (its use is not mandatory).
The deadline is deemed to have been met if the notice is sent before the 14-day period expires.
Refunds
We will refund the payments received from you (less the proportionate payment for the partially provided service, where applicable) no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of your notice, using the same means of payment that you used, with no refund fees.
