2. Purpose

This Legal Notice governs the access to and use of the website https://reglapp.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L. By accessing the Website, the visitor becomes a User and fully accepts, without reservations, the provisions contained in this Legal Notice.

The use of services provided through the Website is additionally governed by:

3. Nature of the service and professional information

Reglapp is a technology platform that operates as a digital marketplace, facilitating the connection between users (clients) and independent licensed professionals (gestores administrativos, lawyers and other duly qualified professionals authorized to practice their profession) for the provision of professional services in the areas of immigration, taxation and administrative management in Spain.

Reglapp does NOT directly provide legal, tax or administrative management services. Professional services are provided directly, independently and under the sole professional responsibility of the licensed professionals engaged through the platform, who act under their own professional license and applicable bar association rules, with their corresponding professional civil liability insurance.

The artificial intelligence assistant integrated into the platform ("AI-chat") is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. Its responses may contain inaccuracies and must not be used as the sole basis for legal decision-making. For binding professional advice, the User must engage the services of a licensed professional through the platform.

4. Terms of use

The User undertakes to use the Website appropriately and lawfully in accordance with applicable legislation, this Legal Notice, good customs and public order. The User shall refrain from:

• a): Using the Website for unlawful purposes, in any way harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may damage, render unusable, overload, impair or impede the normal use of the Website.
• b): Introducing or disseminating computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause damage.
• c): Impersonating any other user or professional.
• d): Reproducing, copying, distributing, transforming or modifying the content of the Website without the express authorization of its owner.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as graphic design and source codes, constitutes a work owned by ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L.U.; none of the exploitation rights recognized by current intellectual property legislation are transferred to the User.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L.U. or by third parties, and access to the Website does not grant any right over the said trademarks, trade names and/or distinctive signs.

6. Linking policy

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L.U. is not responsible for the content, accuracy, reliability or availability of such websites. The inclusion of links does not imply any kind of association, recommendation or approval.

The establishment of a hyperlink to the Website from another website does not imply any relationship between Reglapp and the owner of such website, nor does it imply Reglapp's acceptance or approval of its content or services.

7. Limitation of liability

Without prejudice to the rights mandatorily granted to consumers and users by applicable legislation (in particular, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU), ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L.U. shall not be liable for:

• a): Damages arising from errors or omissions in the content accessible through the Website.
• b): Temporary unavailability of the Website due to technical reasons or force majeure.
• c): The transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted the necessary technological measures for their prevention.
• d): The actions, opinions, reports or advice provided by the licensed professionals engaged through the platform, who assume full professional responsibility for their work under their corresponding license and professional civil liability insurance.

The limitations contained in this clause do not affect Reglapp's liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence or for breach of obligations mandatorily required vis-à-vis consumers.

8. Personal data protection

The processing of the User's personal data is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

The User may also direct any complaint to the email hello@reglapp.com; Reglapp undertakes to respond within a reasonable period.

12. Modifications

ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L.U. reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the Website without prior notice, and may change, delete or add the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they are presented or located. The version of this Legal Notice in force shall always be the one published on the Website.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.

For the resolution of any controversy arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdictional rights granted to consumers by applicable legislation, in particular the consumer's right to file a claim before the courts of their domicile.

14. Languages

This Legal Notice is published in Spanish, English and Russian. In case of discrepancy or conflict between the language versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
