Agent (Provider): ARTSOFT SIEM, S.L.U. ("Reglapp"), NIF B56742752, Calle Xabia, Núm. 9, Planta 5, Puerta 10, 46010 València (Valencia), Spain.
1. Subject of the Authorization
The User authorizes Reglapp to use the User's qualified electronic certificate, issued by an accredited certification authority, exclusively for the following actions, performed on behalf of and in the interests of the User within the scope of the services ordered on the Reglapp platform:
- a): preparation and filing of applications for registration (alta), modification and deregistration (baja) of an autónomo with the AEAT and the TGSS;
- b): preparation and filing of tax returns and reports (including modelo 036, 130, 303, 390, 349, and, on the Pro plan, also 111 and 115);
- c): receipt and review of notifications from public authorities relating to the procedures in points (a)–(b), and responses to their requests within the scope of the services ordered;
- d): technical actions strictly necessary to carry out points (a)–(c).
Any use of the certificate beyond the scope of this authorization is prohibited.
2. Storage and Security
The certificate is stored in Reglapp's secure environment with encryption. Access to the certificate is limited to a restricted group of authorized employees and engaged licensed professionals bound by confidentiality obligations. Each use of the certificate is recorded in a log; an extract from the log is provided to the User upon request.
3. Term
The authorization is effective from the moment of signature until the earliest of the following events:
- a): revocation of the authorization by the User;
- b): termination of the contract between the User and Reglapp;
- c): expiry or revocation of the certificate itself.
4. Revocation of the Authorization
The User may revoke the authorization at any time by sending notice to hello@reglapp.com or via their personal account. The revocation takes effect upon confirmation of receipt and makes it impossible to provide services that require filing documents on the User's behalf; the revocation does not affect documents already filed.
5. Termination
Upon termination of the authorization, Reglapp shall immediately cease any use of the certificate and, at the User's request, shall assist with its revocation at the certification authority.
6. Liability
Reglapp uses the certificate with due professional care and is liable for any use of the certificate beyond the subject of this authorization. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data and documents provided for filing.
