What this letter is
UGE sends these notices to people who didn't register as autónomo in time after their permit was approved. Formally it is the start of a cancellation procedure — and the letter itself says how to stop it.
Why it arrived
Under the entrepreneur permit rules, your autónomo registration must be effective from the day after approval. UGE cross-checked Seguridad Social records and saw no alta — or a late one.

The deadline counts días hábiles from the notification date. Within it you need an alta effective from the required date, plus the supporting documents.
